Board Meetings
The LSIOA Board of Directors meets four times per year, usually in January, April, June, and September. Special Board Meetings may be convened as needed.
When possible, Board meetings are held in person in the Owner Lounge at Laguna Surf. Tricom staff attend Board meetings, and owners are welcome to attend. Since COVID, meetings are held over Zoom, and we hope to continue this practice so that more owners can attend.
At the beginning of each regular meeting, Owners are invited to offer input to the Board. Once owners have been heard at the meeting, discussion is only between Board members, with input from Tricom when requested.
