On a space-available basis, Laguna Surf rents units to the general public up to 90 days in advance of check-in. Last minute cancellations sometimes do occur. Maximum occupancy is four (4) persons regardless of age.

RENTING OUT YOUR WEEK – IMPORTANT!
For any number of reasons, it is sometimes necessary for an owner to rent out a unit to another party. In order for the Front Desk to be able to check-in the renter, YOU, the Laguna Surf Owner, must complete and submit a form that identifies the renter, and yourself. A copy of this form can be obtained by emailing or calling the Front Desk, and it can also be downloaded from the field below.
Renters must be reminded of the 4 persons per unit maximum, and that they cannot check in until after 4:30 PM.
Owner rentals are arranged directly between the renter and the Owner, and then confirmed by the Owner with the Association front desk. The Association has no responsibility for arranging or for the accuracy of the reservation. The individual renter is responsible for paying the 12% City transient occupancy tax, which will be collected by the Owner and paid to the City of Laguna Beach.
Some individual owners may have a week available for rent. These listings are usually for the full week running from Friday to Friday. Click here to view.
