Dear Valued Owners and Guests

As concerns about coronavirus (COVID-19) mount, the Board of Directors and Tricom Management are keeping the health and well-being of our owners and guests our highest priority. We want to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation and taking precautions for our owners, guests, and resort staff.

We are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with the California Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response and local orders citing the risk of the coronavirus.

Please remember that guidance, procedures, and policies may change at any time, so check back here for updates on the implications for Laguna Surf.

To ensure your health and safety while at the resort, we have implemented or enhanced several protocols, based on CDC guidance,

Although these are challenging times for all of us, we are confident that we will weather this situation. Your Board and management company are in constant online discussion about this, and the topic is on the agenda of the March 2020 Board Meeting (online, March 23, 2020). We will continue to monitor the status daily and follow advice from the CDC and other health and regulatory organizations.
