TRICOM collects information only in a manner deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes and comply with our legal obligations. TRICOM safeguards our visitors and customers by using industry standards. However, guaranteed security does not exist either on or off the Internet, we make commercially reasonable efforts to make our collection of such information consistent with applicable laws and regulations. The method of collection is through our information request forms; wherein, visitors are required to provide information such as name, address, telephone number and email address. This data is used to respond to the visitor with the information requested and to contact the visitor when necessary. Customers and visitors may opt-out of receiving any further mailings by selecting an opt-out choice. TRICOM does not sell any e-mails or addresses gathered.

It is the current policy of TRICOM not to sell or distribute to third parties not related with TRICOM any information given to us by visitors or customers of our Website. This Website has security measures to protect against the alteration, loss, and misuse of the information under our control. All contact and demographic information collected through surveys & online forms is stored securely and not sold, traded or otherwise made available to any third parties not related with TRICOM.
