Advisory Committees

The Governing Documents provide for the use of committees to assist the Board of Directors. Each committee comprises at least two Board members, oner of who chairs the committee, and several owners. At present (2021), the Board has appointed two advisory committees, the Reservations Advisory Committee and the Refurbishment Advisory Committee. Both committees are advisory: they discuss and examine topics as directed by the Board, present reports, and may recommend (advise) courses of action, but they do not make or change rules or procedures.
