RENTALS On a space-available basis, Laguna Surf rents units to the general public up to 21 days in advance of check-in. Last minute cancellations sometimes do occur. Maximum occupancy is four (4) persons regardless of age. Rental Rates (per night) Ocean View Village View November - February $225 $185 March - April $250 $200 May - June $275 $225 July - August $400 $350 September - October $250 $200 Two (2) night minimum stay required.
