OWNER-TO-OWNER TRADES
A number of Laguna Surf owners have requested the opportunity of trading their reserved week with another owner. On this page we will list the week an owner has reserved and the week(s) desired. Owners wishing to be added to this list must email the webmaster with ALL of the following: (1) name of owner; (2) contact information, i.e. telephone number and/or email address; (3) existing reservation dates and room number; and (4) desired date(s) and view (Ocean and/or Village), floor(s), or room number(s). Emails without ALL four items will NOT be listed. All owner-to-owner trades are private party transactions that will not involve the Association, including its directors, officers, or management company.
Once a trade has been completed, both owners are required to notify the resort in writing via fax, email, or mail authorizing the arriving party including name(s) and dates of occupancy.
Once a "have" date has passed, the entire listing will be deleted as soon thereafter as possible.
