Laguna Surf is a unique 25-unit purpose built timeshare resort overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean in Laguna Beach, California. Each well-appointed one bedroom condominium sleeps four persons and features a full kitchen, fireplace, and view balcony, each with its own gas barbecue.
The resort's ideal location places guests within walking distance of dozens of art galleries, shops, and restaurants. And at day's end, unobstructed views of a stunning sunset typically await.
Intervals are divided into two seasons: Surf Season (summer) which runs the end of June until mid-September; and Laguna Season (non-summer), which runs mid-September through the end of June. Laguna Surf is a "floating" week timeshare with Friday as the typical check-in and check-out day.
The units are located on three levels; to view all floor plans, click here. There are 18 Ocean View units which are even-numbered (102-312) and seven Village View units which are odd-numbered (201-303).
The resort is affiliated with both major timeshare exchange companies, Resort Condominiums International (RCI) and Interval International (II), as well as several no-membership fee companies such as the San Francisco Exchange Company, Platinum Interchange, Trading Places, and Dial An Exchange. It is also affiliated with RCI Points and ResorTime.
Laguna Surf is currently designated a RCI Silver Crown resort.
